Do Better KidZ - Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To provide the best service possible while also respecting our scheduling commitments, we have established the following cancellation policy for all drop off programs and event bookings. 

• Cancellations Made More Than 72 Hours in Advance:
  You will receive full credit for your event, which may be applied to a future booking with us 
• Cancellations Made Less Than 72 Hours in Advance:
  You will receive a 50% credit of your event total, which may be applied towards a future booking with us.
• Refund Policy:

            Please note that we do not issue refunds for cancellations under any circumstances.

All credits are non-transferable and must be used within six (6) months of the original event date.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible so we can best accommodate your needs.

By submitting full payment of your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this cancellation policy
